IDEA: catching/wild picking together. The event starts on the journey towards it. Highland park stands for wilderness and harmony. We are going to bring the wilderness and culinary together by making the visitors prepare their food themselves. Together with the chef, they go wild picking their food and will make the dishes in combination with culinary ingredients.
Boat trip to Terschelling >
- Starter / appetizer is caught on the shrimp boat / in combination with highland park whiskey cocktail sauce
- Then pick oysters on the way to the location that are served with delicious sauces.
- Wild picking in the area (think mushrooms, herbs) >
then dinner with wild ingredients from the region in combination with meat/vegetables on the barbecue/dinner
